Nancy’s 7-day Abs & Assets Challenge - September 3rd

Week of September 3rd
Everyday complete 20 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds rest:
1. Russian twists
2. Flutter kicks
3. Crunches
Complete 3 rounds

Group class times:
5:30AM & 10AM, Monday – Friday
7PM, Monday – Thursday
