Nancy’s 7-day Abs & Assets Challenge - March 26th

Week of March 26thth
Everyday do 20 seconds of each exercise and rest for 10 seconds after each exercise:
1. Cross climbers
2. Side plank taps (20 seconds on each side)
3. Plank push-ups
(Complete 3 rounds)
