· 5:30-6:30 AM, Monday – Friday. For those early birds who like to exercise
before work.
· 10:00-11:00 AM. Monday – Friday. Yes you can
sleep in and then come see me!
· 7:00-8:00 PM, Monday – Thursday. If work and traffic has all you backed up,
then this class was created just for you!
