Everyday Complete:
10 each leg - standing
front leg raises
10 each leg - standing
side leg raises
10 each leg - standing
kickbacks
(2 - 4 rounds)
Stand with good
posture and core engaged. You can put
one hand on a wall or the back of a sturdy chair for support if needed.
Check-in on FB/IG and
tag me, or text me. Tell me you have
completed your challenge exercises for the day and challenge someone.
