10 – Single leg circles (5 clockwise, 5 counterclockwise, each leg)

10 – Side leg circles (5 clockwise, 5 counterclockwise, each leg)

10 – Adductor leg lifts (10 each leg)


2 - 4 rounds of each exercise.
