Nancy’s 7-day Abs & Assets Challenge - April 30th

Everyday complete 30 seconds of each exercise:
1.    Elbow to knee crunch
2.    Ankle touches
3.    Windshield wipers (make it easier: spread your arms straight out to sides for more support and bend your knees)
