Everyday complete 30 seconds of each exercise:
1. Single leg bridge hold (15 sec. each leg)
2. Leg climbs (15 sec. each leg)
3. Plank taps
Complete 3 rounds
Check-in on FB/IG and tag me after you’ve completed the
challenge each day
Group exercise class times:
5:30AM & 10AM, Monday – Friday
7PM, Monday – Thursday
