Nancy’s 7-day Abs & Assets Challenge - October 8th

Week of October 8th
Everyday complete the following:
6 (each side), side plank twist
6 (each side), plank knee pull-ins
30 seconds, bicycle crunches
Complete 3 rounds
Check-in on FB/IG and tag me after you’ve completed the challenge each day.

Group exercise class times:
5:30AM & 10AM, Monday – Friday
7PM, Monday – Thursday
Personal training by appointment
