Everyday complete 20 seconds of each exercise:
1. Single leg bridge taps (10 sec. each leg)
2. Plank walkups
3. Flutter kicks
Complete 3 rounds

5:30AM & 10AM, Monday – Friday
7PM, Monday – Thursday
